Introduction :

APPS™ Wholesale is designed for apparel/made-ups/leather wholesaling companies. It aims at providing an easy-to-use interface that is intuitive to this industry and hence rapidly deployable and at a fraction of the cost of most other software's.

  • Create Product Groups: these product groups can be based on fabric types, category, design, colour, size etc.
  • Order Entry: Enter wholesale orders, set order priority
  • Order Fulfillment: Consolidate wholesale orders on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to create internal job orders, or vendor purchase orders. Internal Job orders can be interfaced with APPS™ - Manufacturing to track the entire manufacturing process.
  • Pick Sheets: Pick sheets can be generated based on various priorities set up in the system - and back orders can be tracked. Product availability and stock reservation allows users to do more efficient shipping.
  • Financial Accounting: all activities linked to a full-fledged accounting solution.
  • Sales Analysis Reports: Sales can be analyzed based on sales reps, sub-reps, zip codes, states, regions, product categories, seasons, customers etc. etc.
  • Sales Commission Reports: Sales reps and sub rep commissions can be generated at a press of a button, and outstanding of customers of a sales rep can be generated.
  • Customer Notes: Customer notes can be recorded and linked to specific invoices, orders, payments etc. – which provides for more relevant tracking of all customer communication and more efficient follow-up.
  • Security: Multiple levels of security to ensure only authorized users can access pre-defined areas.
  • Inventory Management: inventory management of ready-goods and seconds inventory.
  • Web Interfaced: Transactions can be interfaced with an add-on web software. This allows password protected access to Sales Reps, Sub-Reps and Customers to the relevant information. For instance a Sales Rep can view online all pending orders of their customer or any outstanding invoice for their customer etc.
  • Season-Year tracking: Keeping in mind the seasonal and fashion-centric nature of this industry, season-year wise information is used which is easy to follow. This also ensures that old season information does not clutter up the current information.
  • System Administration: A comprehensive system administration module that allows you to setup new users, restrict/change access rights.
  • Shipping Module – users can create invoice and packing lists that are interfaced with internal financial accounting and can be linked warehousing/bar coding software's thereby considerably reducing the time spent on re-keying of packing lists and bar codes.
