Inventory Management Module

The apparel/made-ups industry is seasonal in nature, therefore inventory management is critical.

APPS™ inventory management module has the following features :

• Issue/Receipt of Goods: All finished goods/raw material issue/receipt notes are generated.
• Stock Reports: Stock reports can be generated based on location, companies, vendors, stores, bin no.s etc. etc. Users can also categorize inventory as A-grade, B-grade etc. Identify slow moving, fast moving items. Do ABC analysis.
• Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile stock with vendors or job workers (where raw material is supplied, such as dyeing and printing mills)
• Stock Valuation: Using LIFO, FIFO etc.
• Interface with Warehousing/barcoding software
• Ready Stock Reports: Generate ready stock reports, do soft/hard allocation of finished goods to specific orders.
• Soft/Hard Reservation of Raw Material Stock: APPS™ has multiple levels of stock allocation depending on the flexibility required by the company. So companies can prioritize raw materials based on delivery dates, customers etc.
