Project Life Cycle

Scope Definition

A dedicated APPS™ consultant will evaluate your company’s requirements and recommend the best course of action. Some of our deliverables in this stage include, functional designs, integration signatures, rollout milestones and report layouts.

Setup

APPS™ has over 190 switches. Once the scope definition has been done, our APPS™ experts will install the application on your server and setup the application so that it meets your specific requirements. This phase involves setting up your master records and mapping each screen to your needs.

Training

Our APPS™ experts will come to your organization and provide training specific to each role identified in your organization. A core team of “super users” will be trained on all aspects of the software so that you can manage the application moving forward. Each trainee undergoes a written test to assess their knowledge of the application. This training will happen over multiple sessions spread across 4-5 weeks.

Live Data Entry

Once training has been completed, each department will feed their live data into APPS™ . At this point APPS™ experts are on hand to guide users and to answer any queries that they might have. Each day the live entries that have been entered are reviewed for correctness.

Post Implementation Audit

As part of our implementation process, RDPL conducts periodic system audits to review the system usage. The deliverables of the audit include, a report on the current software usage, any gaps in usage and recommendations on how the software can be better utilized by the organization. This report is presented to the top management.
